Teach your baby to sleep on their own using gentle tried and true methods guaranteed to get results!

Imagine putting your baby to bed then enjoying a peaceful evening and a deep night's sleep.

Without wakings.

Without crying.

Without counting the hours until you'll have to get up.

Because your baby is sleeping the night away...

This is not a pipe dream.

Think about this morning a moment... how much time have you spent this week worry about or helping your baby sleep? The last month? Year?

Instead of taking an hour to put baby to bed only to wake up hourly all night then wake up exhausted, why not teach your baby to sleep?

And the icing? The better they sleep, the more they want to sleep. Both you and your baby can start getting a full night's rest. And it can happen quicker than you might think.

"Your course is AWESOME! I keep having aha!! moments. Following your advice, I have managed to get Mason to sleep in his crib both last night and for his first nap today! Thank you."

Your course is amazing. As an infant and young toddler my son was a terrible sleeper - we've finally gotten into a good groove and he's great now, but I wish I had this course for when he was younger. I think your course is amazing and I learned a lot (and I've done a lot of research on this matter, so the fact that I learned this much was awesome!).

"I thought the concepts were easy to understand and apply to our nap time and bed time routines. My daughter is already sleeping better and I feel like we are more in tune to her sleepy time signals now :)

If you complete my e-course and do not see consistent results within 30 days, send me an email describing why you are disappointed, and I will issue you a full refund.

What age is the course for?

Can I get this on Google for free?

This course was designed specifically for babies ages 6 weeks to 2 years. Many of these principles will apply to your older toddlers and preschoolers as well, but there will be behavior issues that come into play with older children that do not apply with babies.

Are you a certified sleep consultant?

What age is the course for?

Nope. I'm a mother of 4 children (ages, 4, 3, 2, 1) who all sleep well and have done since birth. I've also read copious amounts of books and research. But I'm just a mom, just like you. .

The course itself can be done in as few as 2 hours. That said, you may want to read it over the course of a week or two to let the principles sink in. It is work at your own pace and if you are up rocking a crying baby at 3 a.m. you may devour it in one sitting.

How long will it take me to do this course?

Whether you are fundamentally opposed to cry-it-out or are considering it, this course will work for you. Many mothers sleep train their babies successfully without using any form of cry-it-out, even those babies that are extremely sleep resistant. You will only choose what strategies work for your own family and beliefs, nothing more nothing less.

Will your course work if I still co-sleep?

While there are a few different reasons a baby does not sleep well, there are some habits that - when used consistently - result in well-rested babies. Yours will be no exception. Babies were made to sleep, they just need to be shown how.

If you like to co-sleep then there is no reason for you to stop. If co-sleeping is the cause of your baby's bad sleeping habits, that may be a different story. Each child and family is different and you will be able to use the principles of this course no matter what type of sleeping arrangement you prefer.

Some of it. But I bet if you're here, you've already done your share of Googling and you want a more focused and comprehensive plan to teach your baby to sleep. That's what you'll get with my course, tried and true methods for good sleep habits all in one place.

Probably. If your baby has developed certain sleeping habits, there will be resistance to changes. Some babies will fuss very little, others more. But just because your baby cries does not mean you're doing something wrong, but that they are adjusting to new habits which will benefit them in the long-term.

Will my baby cry during sleep training?

How do I know this will work for me?

Does your method use cry-it-out?
